Leads YMCA growth and operations across the Brazos Valley, initially directing an established founder group in Bryan/College Station. Responsibilities include program development, annual and capital fundraising campaigns, volunteer and staff leadership, budgeting, community partnerships, marketing, public relations, and quality programming. The director represents the YMCA with community, business, and government organizations and supports volunteers and operations leadership in developing and opening new branches.

Provide administrative and clerical support for the Aquatics Department: handle emails/voicemails, verify registrations, maintain rosters and reports, assist with staffing, scheduling, recruitment, supply distribution, senior engagement, and onsite program support.

Oversee and run youth sports practices and games, supervise staff and referees, enforce rules and safety, set up and secure facilities, recruit and support volunteers, and implement first aid and YMCA policies. Part-time, weekday evenings and Saturdays required.
