Provide administrative and clerical support for the Aquatics Department: handle emails/voicemails, verify registrations, maintain rosters and reports, assist with staffing, scheduling, recruitment, supply distribution, senior engagement, and onsite program support.

The Sports Site Coordinator manages game sites, supervises officials, ensures safety, promotes volunteer recruitment, and maintains facilities. Requires knowledge of sports rules and capacity to solve issues.

The Sports Official will officiate youth sports games, primarily in baseball/t-ball, while upholding YMCA values and ensuring player safety. Responsibilities include knowledge of rules, working weekends, and passing background checks.
