Provides comprehensive executive support to the President and CEO, including calendar management, communications, travel, meeting coordination, and confidential records. Supports board governance, committee operations, minutes, volunteer leadership, strategic planning, dashboards, organizational reporting, and senior leadership coordination. Manages stakeholder engagement with donors, community leaders, elected officials, and partners while overseeing executive office administration, purchasing, expenses, and organizational accountability systems.
