Supports B2B sales and account development for data center thermal management products. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, outreach, opportunity tracking, preparing quotes and proposals, coordinating with engineering and operations, maintaining forecasts, researching markets, and supporting customer visits and trade shows. The role is an early-career, onsite position requiring strong communication, organization, follow-up, and willingness to learn technical products and the data center market.

Conducts mechanical and thermal testing on heat exchangers and thermal management products, including performance, pressure-cycle, burst, leak, verification, validation, and durability testing. Sets up and troubleshoots laboratory equipment, fixtures, instrumentation, plumbing, wiring, and fluid systems. Analyzes test data, identifies abnormal results, prepares technical reports, maintains calibration and test records, and supports root-cause analysis, product development, safety, and continuous improvement.

Supports SAP SD, CRM, EDI, and customer order-fulfillment applications across North American manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include ticket ownership, troubleshooting transactions and interfaces, master-data support, integration monitoring, reporting, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, training, documentation, and user support. The role requires collaboration across business and technical teams and is intended to develop into a Level 3 functional-technical owner responsible for configuration and functional specifications.
