Build YGO’s marketing function from the ground up, defining positioning and messaging for its AI travel infrastructure platform. Create thought leadership, white papers, case studies, website content, founder communications, and sales enablement materials. Develop customer proof, media and analyst relationships, conference presence, and a scalable content engine. Establish marketing processes, tone of voice, visual identity, and performance metrics while working independently with founders and sales.

Build and lead YGO’s enterprise GTM function from the ground up. The role combines hands-on enterprise selling with defining ICP, messaging, qualification, sales processes, forecasting, outbound motions, playbooks, and repeatable segment strategies. The hire will close strategic deals, partner with Product, recruit the first GTM team, and eventually own territories, quotas, pipeline, conversion, forecasting, and new ARR.

Own AI-powered product features end-to-end, from specifications and architecture through deployment, testing, debugging, and customer-reported fixes. Use Claude Code to accelerate Golang backend development while reviewing AI-generated code for quality, security, observability, and architectural fit. Build search and recommendation systems, content enrichment APIs, agentic tooling, integrations, and data pipelines. Participate in occasional on-call support and collaborate directly with customers and product stakeholders.
