Installs, repairs, removes, and maintains commercial signs and related identification products under close supervision. Reviews blueprints, prepares materials, transports and erects signs, completes installation paperwork, follows safety requirements, and obtains customer sign-off. The role also involves equipment maintenance, customer interaction, field travel, driving, operating heavy equipment, climbing, crawling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Manage medium-to-large construction projects for electric sign trade: plan, schedule, control scope, budget and quality, manage vendors and teams, process change orders, perform post-project audits, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Supports sales and service departments by creating job orders, quotes, commission tickets, invoices, and contract renewals. Reviews maintenance job data, enters billing information, prepares estimates and proposals, maintains records, and coordinates updates across estimating, service, production, sales, and project management teams. Also performs receptionist and general office duties while ensuring accurate documentation and financial reporting.
