Provide subject-matter expertise in power system market price forecasting within the EnCompass product. Deliver advanced customer support, onboarding, training, documentation, and database updates for North American markets. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to test features, resolve modeling issues, and support sales and marketing efforts.

Owner of day-to-day commercial contracting for SaaS and data products: draft, review, and negotiate revenue agreements; build templates, playbooks, and automated workflows; manage two contract administrators; advise sales and cross-functional teams; implement data privacy (DPAs, CCPA, GDPR) and harmonize post-acquisition contracting approaches to accelerate deals.

Lead development and ownership of asset-level forecasts and grid models for North American power markets. Monitor renewable, storage, and thermal trends, automate data ingestion and analysis, benchmark model accuracy, perform quantitative analysis of market and operational datasets, and communicate model results to clients and teams.
