Oversee physical and financial operations for Hawaii resorts, ensuring exceptional owner and guest experiences. Partner with executive leadership and shared services, conduct resort walk-throughs, manage budgets and vendor contracts, mentor resort leadership, handle capital projects and community association compliance, and monitor occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction metrics.

Support housekeeping by maintaining guest hallways and rooms, removing soiled linen and trash, performing cleaning and deep-clean tasks, vacuuming and carpet cleaning, responding to guest requests, securing property, reporting facility issues, and assisting with supplies. Must follow safety protocols, wear proper uniform, work flexible shifts, and perform physical tasks indoors/outdoors, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Provide efficient guest check-in/out and registration, handle reservations and guest requests, process payments and balance cash drawer, use front desk software and telephone systems, follow safety/security procedures, and perform other tasks assigned by management to ensure excellent customer service.
