Face-to-face in-house marketing and concierge role focused on procuring timeshare presentation bookings and selling mini-vacation packages. Duties include calling leads and in-house guests to schedule tours, conducting marketing presentations, completing paperwork and data entry, providing guest services and local recommendations, and maintaining management-determined marketing results. On-site role with potential advancement for strong performers.

Oversee physical and financial operations for Hawaii resorts, ensuring exceptional owner and guest experiences. Partner with executive leadership and shared services, conduct resort walk-throughs, manage budgets and vendor contracts, mentor resort leadership, handle capital projects and community association compliance, and monitor occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction metrics.

Support housekeeping by maintaining guest hallways and rooms, removing soiled linen and trash, performing cleaning and deep-clean tasks, vacuuming and carpet cleaning, responding to guest requests, securing property, reporting facility issues, and assisting with supplies. Must follow safety protocols, wear proper uniform, work flexible shifts, and perform physical tasks indoors/outdoors, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
