Lead product for internal AI and ops automation platforms across credit card operations, fraud, banking, collections, and engineering productivity. Own vision, roadmap, and KPIs; use LLMs to automate workflows end-to-end; conduct user research with ops and cardholders; and drive cross-functional delivery to lower cost-to-serve while improving customer and ops experience.

Support BSA/AML operations (CIP/KYC, CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring and SAR referrals) and CMS functions (compliance testing, exam/audit support, documentation, issue tracking). Execute testing scripts, investigate alerts, maintain policies and control inventories, and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.

The Senior Product Designer leads end-to-end design for digital products, focusing on user experience, interaction design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include creating prototypes, conducting user research, mentoring junior designers, and evolving the design system while leveraging AI in product development.
