Supervises community-based mental health program staff, including scheduling, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and compliance oversight. Supports policy development, quality improvement, strategic goals, stakeholder relationships, community outreach, and program planning. May carry a youth caseload and provide direct supervision. Represents the organization professionally while ensuring adherence to regulations, safety procedures, and trauma-informed practices.

Manage youth cases by advocating for youth and families, assessing needs, coordinating community services, creating and monitoring treatment plans, facilitating team meetings, collaborating with providers, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires working across school, home, and community settings while maintaining therapeutic boundaries, confidentiality, ethical judgment, reliable attendance, and effective communication.

The Nurse Manager assists with oversight of daily PRTF nursing operations, staff supervision, scheduling, training, performance management, patient care coordination, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement. The role provides nursing leadership in behavioral health care for youth, including medication administration, health assessments, crisis intervention, de-escalation, accurate EMR documentation, and occasional physical restraint assistance.
