Own and scale programmatic paid acquisition across in-app networks, DSPs, display, native, and retargeting channels. Manage budgets, forecasting, targeting, bidding, creative testing, attribution, tracking QA, and performance optimization against CPA, ROAS, and LTV goals. Develop new channel opportunities, oversee multi-state user acquisition strategy, monitor inventory quality and fraud risk, and collaborate with analytics, creative, product, and partnerships teams. The role requires technical tracking expertise, data-driven decision-making, and platform privacy knowledge.

Provides HR guidance across the employee lifecycle, advising managers and employees on employee relations, performance, probation, investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes. Maintains compliant employment documentation and policies, produces HR reports and metrics, supports organizational change, and promotes a fair, engaged workplace. Requires strong employment law knowledge, coaching, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, confidentiality, and prioritization skills.

Support day-to-day social media operations for Pulsz and Pulsz Bingo: schedule and publish content, draft and optimise posts, coordinate creative assets, manage community engagement and moderation, track performance metrics, and contribute to campaign execution and platform trend monitoring.
