Lead the Platform Engineering team, ensuring high service availability, managing complex implementations, and driving architectural excellence while aligning technical goals with business objectives.

Execute and monitor multi-currency liquidity movements across banks and liquidity providers. Initiate wire, ACH, and SWIFT transfers; trade stablecoin and fiat conversions; reconcile accounts and statements; manage settlement and counterparty risks; maintain transaction records and liquidity dashboards; process refunds and support payroll and operating funding. The role partners with Finance, Compliance, and Product teams and requires rapid, accurate execution across global markets.

The Head of Paid Media will design and execute B2B paid media campaigns, manage budgets, optimize lead quality, and collaborate across teams to drive growth and brand awareness.
