Evaluate and select yield providers, assess returns and risks, sequence integrations, define success metrics, and lead launches. Partner with engineering, treasury, risk, compliance, finance, and payments teams to establish requirements, controls, pricing, and go-to-market plans.

Execute and monitor multi-currency liquidity movements across banks and liquidity providers. Initiate wire, ACH, and SWIFT transfers; trade stablecoin and fiat conversions; reconcile accounts and statements; manage settlement and counterparty risks; maintain transaction records and liquidity dashboards; process refunds and support payroll and operating funding. The role partners with Finance, Compliance, and Product teams and requires rapid, accurate execution across global markets.

Own the roadmap and reliability of core payments infrastructure, including ledgers, settlement engines, currency conversion, virtual accounts, banking integrations, and Stablecoin rails. Partner with Engineering, Treasury, Compliance, and Product to scale resilient payment systems across global markets. Define infrastructure metrics, manage technical trade-offs, support incident response, prioritize technical debt, and enable internal teams with documentation and payment-rail expertise.
