Provide nurturing, play-based early childhood education: plan and deliver weekly lesson plans, observe and document child development, manage classroom behavior, communicate with families, and participate in professional development while meeting state DHS lead educator qualifications and safety requirements.

Support the Lead Educator in delivering play-based lessons, supervise and engage children, assist with classroom management, communicate with families, document developmental progress, and maintain a safe, organized learning environment.

Provide nurturing, play-based classroom leadership: plan and implement weekly lessons, observe and assess child development, manage classroom behavior, communicate with families, participate in professional development, and meet state licensing and safety requirements.
