Supports the Lead Educator in creating a safe, inclusive, play-based learning environment for young children. Responsibilities include implementing activities, supervising and engaging children, supporting developmental documentation, maintaining classroom organization and routines, guiding conflict resolution, communicating with families through an app, and collaborating with colleagues. Requires knowledge of early childhood development, strong communication and organizational skills, physical ability to lift up to 65 pounds, background checks, state licensing compliance, and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.

Lead a school-age classroom by creating play-based lesson plans, supporting children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development, observing and documenting progress, managing behavior positively, and communicating regularly with families. Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, follow state licensing standards, and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment. The role requires physical interaction with children, technology use for planning and reporting, CPR/First Aid certification, and completion of background checks.

Manage prospective families through the enrollment funnel from initial inquiry to registration. Responsibilities include lead nurturing, tour scheduling and follow-up, CRM record maintenance, enrollment guidance, conversion metric monitoring, barrier identification, and collaboration with School Directors, Marketing, Operations, and leadership. The role also provides market and family feedback, supports enrollment events, and travels between assigned schools as needed.
