Manage day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee support, compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, HR systems, and offboarding. Maintain accurate records, administer HRIS and ATS workflows, support managers, handle confidential information, improve processes, and contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives in a fast-paced, fully remote organization.

Owns multi-unit operations across Northeast school food markets, including kitchen production, staffing, scheduling, financial performance, sales, inventory, waste, launches, distribution logistics, and team development. The role manages Kitchen Managers and field teams, maintains school relationships, oversees new kitchen openings, and ensures operational standards across remote and in-person markets. Regular travel throughout the region is required, with Philadelphia as the home base.

Delivers and distributes fresh lunches to schools, ensuring timely meal service and smooth handoffs to students and staff. Provides friendly customer service, assists students during checkout, communicates with school personnel and the company team, and manages daily deliveries reliably. Requires weekday availability for 2–4 hours daily, a personal vehicle with insurance, smartphone access, ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it, and successful completion of a background check.
