Own the consumer wallet and financial experience within Yassir’s super app. Drive wallet activation, funding, retention, and transaction growth across rides, deliveries, peer-to-peer transfers, bill payments, and merchant payments. Lead customer discovery, funnel optimization, experimentation, roadmap prioritization, and collaboration with engineering, design, and growth teams. The role requires deep understanding of Algerian consumer behavior, fintech adoption, and digital payments.

Develop and manage a customer portfolio, promote Yassir services, identify prospects, analyze customer needs, prepare sales proposals, onboard and train customers, achieve sales targets, ensure timely invoicing, and follow up on unpaid invoices. The role also supports brand awareness and business growth through effective sales and negotiation.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to leadership and managers, supporting organizational design, talent management, performance reviews, workforce planning, and change initiatives. Analyze HR data, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights. Oversee HR administration, employee documentation, labor-law compliance, payroll statement review, and process improvement. The role requires strong French and English communication, advanced Excel skills, HR analytics capability, and experience advising senior stakeholders.
