Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js and React. Build responsive user interfaces, server-side logic, RESTful integrations, and scalable services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features, optimize application performance, resolve bugs, and maintain code quality through modern development tools and automation. Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, version control, and cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Redis.

Processes employee and company expenses, assists with payroll, maintains accounting records, reconciles payroll and expense accounts, prepares basic financial reports, supports month-end closing, and ensures compliance with financial policies. Coordinates with HR and other departments on payroll and employee-related financial matters.

Lead quality assurance for fintech products, including payment systems, digital wallets, and financial APIs. Own end-to-end testing strategy, automation frameworks, API validation, production debugging, defect management, and release sign-off. Manage and mentor QA resources across manual and automated testing, using Java, Robot Framework, Rest Assured, Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, and TestNG. Ensure financial applications are secure, compliant, reliable, high-performing, and continuously improved.
