Lead consumer insights strategy, design and oversee qualitative and quantitative research, analyze consumer data, translate findings into actionable recommendations for marketing and product teams, and manage stakeholders and/or a small insights team.

Perform scheduled shows and sets with consistent high-quality stage presence; participate in rehearsals, warm-ups and trainings; portray multiple characters and accents; maintain health, costumes and follow safety and company policies; may host shows and be assigned cross-park roles.

Perform daily animal husbandry, feeding, training, enrichment, health observations, recordkeeping, guest-facing education/presentations, and ensure safety and SOP compliance in a zoological/aquarium setting.
