Design and support Microsoft 365, Azure, hybrid cloud, networking, virtualization, server, and Fortinet environments. Resolve complex escalations, guide technical teams, document solutions, manage project delivery, and participate in on-call and after-hours support. Customer travel of up to 25% and physical installation of infrastructure equipment are required.
