Manage and maintain strong client relationships, document and understand customer IT environments, develop proactive IT strategies, reduce reactive support, ensure standards alignment, collaborate with vCIO and Project Team on upgrades and implementations.

Perform high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers, qualify needs, overcome objections, and schedule First Time Appointments for Outside Sales while tracking KPIs (including 300 dials/week) and maintaining CRM records.
