Analyze retail, e-commerce, and user data to generate growth and user-experience insights. Translate business data needs into reporting, data products, and platform solutions. Partner with business, product, technology, and data engineering teams to develop the data platform, respond to analytics requests, validate hypotheses, and promote effective use of data across the organization.

Supports community marketing by recruiting and coordinating student ambassadors, managing Rednote social channels, organizing campus events, reviewing user-generated content, and assisting influencer outreach and product seeding. The role creates promotional content, maintains community engagement, tracks campaign activity, and collaborates on marketing initiatives. It is fully onsite in Brea, Monday through Friday, for a three-month term with potential extension or conversion.

Supports daily accounting operations, general ledger maintenance, journal entries, accounts payable, account reconciliations, and month-end closing. Assists with audits, internal controls, financial reporting, discrepancy resolution, and process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requires strong accounting knowledge, Excel proficiency, analytical skills, and English and Mandarin fluency.
