Leads growth and performance for Yami’s English, Japanese, and Korean e-commerce markets. Owns acquisition, conversion, retention, customer lifetime value, customer experience, growth investment, integrated marketing, and cross-functional execution. Manages two functional leads and their teams while partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Merchandising. Develops market-specific strategies, measurement frameworks, and full-funnel initiatives across paid media, CRM, creators, affiliates, organic social, and on-site merchandising.

Owns customer acquisition across international e-commerce sites by building social and creator-led growth programs. Responsibilities include establishing UTM and attribution systems, launching Instagram Shopping, managing content calendars, developing affiliate partnerships, connecting product trends to inventory, and improving new-customer conversion. The role leads a team, manages budget, and collaborates with merchandising, site operations, CRM, and data teams.

Lead Yami Canada's growth marketing strategy across customer acquisition, social and creator marketing, partnerships, campaigns, onsite merchandising, CRM, and retention. Own the integrated marketing calendar, develop customer-facing campaigns, identify local growth opportunities, and optimize traffic, customer acquisition cost, conversion, new customers, and campaign ROI through cross-functional collaboration.
