Oversee financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, accounting, audits, compliance, grants tracking, and internal controls. Advise CEO and Board, partner with development on revenue forecasting, lead finance team, and ensure financial readiness for growth and capital initiatives while promoting stewardship and organizational alignment with mission and values.
