Leads simultaneous international product development and OEM customer projects through planning, execution, stage gates, launch, and closeout. Coordinates cross-functional teams, timelines, milestones, costs, quality, risks, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution. Facilitates status meetings, maintains project metrics, develops contingency plans, and supports continuous improvement of project management and product development processes. The role requires international collaboration, manufacturing-process awareness, strong communication, and domestic or international travel.

Develops and engineers aftermarket product concepts during the early product development phase. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, prototyping, testing, validation planning, cost estimation, product specifications, manufacturing collaboration, and technical ownership of cross-functional projects. The role requires expertise in SolidWorks, FEA, consumer product design, manufacturing processes, mechanism design, and vehicle fitment, along with domestic and international travel.
