Own an Oracle Cloud HCM workstream from planning through live release, managing budgets, dependencies, risks, suppliers, governance, testing, quality gates, and Go/No-Go decisions. The role focuses on remediation and continuous improvement of a live HR and payroll platform, coordinating around Oracle’s quarterly updates and fixed payroll cut-offs. Candidates need Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM project management experience, production remediation exposure, payroll understanding, formal change governance experience, and supplier coordination skills. Financial services or other regulated-industry experience is preferred.

Owns end-to-end release and cutover governance for a live Oracle Cloud HCM estate, coordinating environments, integrations, payroll dependencies, quarterly Oracle updates, testing, rollback, validation, and audit evidence. The role sets release entry and exit criteria, chairs approval governance, controls project and business-as-usual change, and aligns programme delivery with payroll cut-offs and regulatory requirements across a regulated financial services environment.
