Conduct a six-week discovery and assessment of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement across German and US regions. Lead business workshops, document current processes, identify regional fit gaps, define a unified target process and solution design, distinguish configuration from customization, and provide risks, options, recommendations, and estimated sizing. The role requires prior multi-country CRM or global-template experience, a written discovery deliverable, a British passport, and short-notice international travel availability.
