Leads group sales for Nashville Riverboats, managing the sales and event services team, revenue strategy, account development, forecasting, community partnerships, and client relationships. Oversees proposals, negotiations, bookings, contracts, deposits, event handoffs, and service resolution. The role requires active selling, team coaching, hospitality and event sales expertise, CRM proficiency, and occasional participation in networking events, conferences, and trade shows.

Leads mechanical maintenance and technical support for a Florida commercial vessel fleet. Diagnoses and repairs marine diesel engines and onboard systems, manages preventative maintenance, coordinates major repairs and vendors, maintains records and parts inventories, supports USCG inspections, and supervises maintenance personnel. This hands-on leadership role requires working aboard vessels, docks, engine rooms, and confined spaces while responding to urgent mechanical issues and ensuring fleet safety, reliability, compliance, and operational readiness.

Supports daily HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits and payroll support, leave administration, compliance, HRIS recordkeeping, training coordination, and uniform inventory. Serves as the local employee contact, maintains confidential records, reviews timecards, coordinates employment documentation, and escalates complex issues to the Director of Human Resources. The role is part-time and onsite in downtown Nashville, with boat visits at least twice weekly.
