Manage plant conveyance and material flow for just-in-time sequencing, designing delivery routes, layouts, equipment, and automated solutions. Lead cart and tugger projects, vendor coordination, purchasing, continuous improvement, and department budgeting. Oversee shipping and receiving while ensuring safety, production support, training, and zero material-related downtime. The role requires regular movement throughout an industrial plant and safe operation of powered industrial equipment.

Administers and optimizes HRIS and payroll systems, processes accurate and compliant payroll, maintains employee data, manages deductions and leave requests, resolves system issues, and produces HR and payroll reports. The role supports audits, reconciliations, dashboards, compliance documentation, system upgrades, process improvements, and employee payroll inquiries while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Assists with production planning, inventory control, purchasing, material procurement, plant logistics, budgeting, manufacturing systems, and on-time delivery. Supervises and develops the Conveyance team, coordinates with customers and internal groups, supports production capacity planning, maintains plant information systems, and ensures safety and operational compliance in an industrial manufacturing environment.
