As a Technical Solution Consultant, you will manage partner and client relationships, support sales goals and provide pre-sales to post-sales technical support.

Provide post-sales Level 3 technical support and consulting for Y Soft on-premise and cloud print products across UK, Ireland and Nordics. Troubleshoot software/hardware, perform log and network analysis, run tests, validate documentation, train partners/customers, contribute to product lifecycle and occasional regional travel.
