Owns partner marketing across EMEA, including campaigns, events, channel programs, co-marketing, trade shows, partner communications, budgets, and Market Development Funds. The role adapts successful global programs for European markets, collaborates with sales and strategic technology partners, measures event and pipeline performance, and manages programs end to end. Success requires senior-level judgment, strong partner and sales enablement experience, excellent communication, business acumen, and fluency in English.

Own software architecture and technical direction across hardware products, lead complex distributed systems and hardware-software integrations, resolve technical debt and production issues, establish engineering standards, evaluate technologies, and mentor engineers. The role requires expertise in Java, .NET or Scala, Azure, Docker, CI/CD, testing, observability, QA, and software development lifecycle practices. Fluent Czech and periodic Prague office attendance are required.

Build and maintain production-grade infrastructure and automation across cloud platforms. Develop reusable Terraform or OpenTofu modules, cloud foundations, landing zones, and operational patterns. Analyze infrastructure problems, implement safe changes, and apply software development practices including testing, code review, versioning, CI/CD, validation, and rollback. Collaborate across teams on architecture, security, disaster recovery, observability, cost visibility, and documentation while sharing knowledge.
