Coordinates product and corporate marketing initiatives, including brand management, promotional content, merchandising signage, advertising, digital channels, events, and stakeholder communications. Maintains marketing calendars, customer databases, marketing assets, shared files, project tracking, and expenses. Supports product information accuracy, campaign reporting, vendor coordination, and marketing materials across departments. The role requires managing multiple deadlines, digital marketing content, and occasional evening or weekend events.

Fulfill customer delivery and Will Call orders by retrieving products from frozen, chilled, and dry warehouse areas, staging orders, coordinating with Sales Support Coordinators, and returning unclaimed products to inventory. Support receiving dock operations, maintain organized staging areas, communicate via two-way radio, and provide timely, positive customer service. The role requires a flexible Monday-to-Saturday schedule and lifting up to 100 pounds.

Manages and grows a foodservice customer portfolio through retention, profitable sales growth, margin improvement, category and exclusive-brand expansion, digital ordering adoption, and new business development. Builds customer relationships, plans territory activities, provides product and pricing solutions, coordinates fulfillment issue resolution, forecasts purchasing needs, and collaborates with internal departments. May occasionally deliver products to customers.
