The Site Engineer tracks construction progress against BIM models using an augmented reality headset, conducts on-site quality inspections, records observations in the XYZ Platform, and submits daily QA findings to clients. The role requires accurate reporting, adherence to workflows, collaboration with site engineers, and support for operational standards on major construction projects. Candidates must be comfortable with digital tools, work independently in fast-paced site environments, and be willing to travel or relocate as assignments require.

Leads site engineers on major construction projects, coordinating daily activities, enforcing workflows and QA standards, promoting adoption of XYZ’s augmented reality platform, tracking progress against BIM models, and conducting quality inspections. The role coordinates with client stakeholders, monitors issue resolution, coaches engineering staff, escalates project risks, and supports delivery against quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
