The Site Engineer tracks construction progress against BIM models using an augmented reality device, conducts on-site quality inspections, submits daily QA findings through the XYZ Platform, and maintains accurate reporting. The role collaborates with site engineers, supports the Lead Engineer, follows established workflows, and works independently in a fast-paced construction environment. Ongoing assignments may require travel or relocation depending on project availability.

Conduct construction site surveying and establish primary and secondary control using robotic total stations. Perform daily inspections with an augmented reality headset against BIM models, process survey data, produce reports, communicate with clients and contractors, coordinate inspection plans, and prepare approved Revit models for HoloSite. The role is site-based on major construction projects and may require travel or relocation depending on project availability.

Leads US customer success for an augmented reality construction technology company. Owns client relationships from onboarding through adoption, translates field performance into executive-level value discussions, develops a growing customer success team, supports account retention and expansion, and feeds customer insights into product and operations. Requires extensive major-program construction delivery experience, senior client-facing expertise, strong stakeholder management, and passion for technology-led industry change.
