Teams at Xyte

Manage a portfolio of B2B customers by leading onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and technical support for Xyte’s AV/UC platform. Troubleshoot AV devices, networks, cloud services, and APIs; provide training and documentation; monitor customer health; and manage escalations. Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders, identify renewal and expansion opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, and translate customer feedback into product recommendations. The role requires enterprise AV/UC expertise, Crestron programming knowledge, and approximately 5–10% annual travel.
