Own lifecycle marketing strategy and execution for member onboarding, benefit adoption, retention, reactivation, and expansion. Build automated and segmented campaigns across email, the member portal, and other channels; manage communications calendars and event campaigns; write brand-aligned copy; and use member data, testing, and analytics to optimize engagement, retention, reactivation, and lifetime value. Serve as the organization’s lifecycle marketing subject-matter expert while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and other teams.

Leads XYPN’s policy and regulatory advocacy across state securities regulators, the SEC, and NASAA. Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory developments, setting advocacy priorities, drafting comment letters and policy materials, representing XYPN in hearings and regulator meetings, educating members and stakeholders, building industry partnerships, and tracking policy impact. The role is remote or based in Bozeman, Montana, with up to 20% travel.
