Lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and commercial management for technology products and services (hardware, software, cloud, market data, networks, datacentre). Run RFIs/RFPs, evaluate vendors, manage contracts, support complex infrastructure projects (GPU/compute/storage/network), oversee supplier relationships, lifecycle and spend management, and improve procurement processes and governance while working closely with engineering, security, legal, finance and business stakeholders.

Lead datacenter operations by managing physical infrastructure deployments, overseeing large projects, and maintaining operational integrity in Americas datacenters while supporting remote and vendor coordination.

AI Residents will develop machine learning algorithms, engage in research, and collaborate with quantitative teams to drive innovation in finance.

Own real-time supervision of XTX's automated trading engines: monitor performance, diagnose anomalies, respond to incidents, coordinate interventions, provide evidence-based feedback to research and engineering, and improve monitoring/control tools. Cover APAC market hours with shift work and ensure clear handovers and post-event notes to prevent repeat incidents.

The Machine Learning Performance Engineer will enhance performance for training and inference platforms, work on optimising compilers, and design hardware architectures for AI models.

Manage and deploy physical datacentre infrastructure, overseeing projects, server integration, and infrastructure support while ensuring low-latency operations.
