Leads a DevOps engineering team and establishes Day 2 operations for government environments. Responsibilities include managing engineers, defining standards, improving CI/CD and automation, implementing Infrastructure as Code, supporting containerized workloads, establishing monitoring and incident processes, reviewing technical architectures, and ensuring cloud solutions are secure, scalable, supportable, and operationally ready. The role requires strong AWS expertise, technical leadership, stakeholder communication, and production operations experience.

Assist with implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Support infrastructure as code, automation, cloud-based data and AI solutions, proof-of-concept projects, documentation, security practices, and scalable solution design under senior engineer guidance. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and technical teams while developing skills in cloud engineering, DevOps, and solution architecture.

Supports legal affairs, corporate compliance, Indonesian labor-law matters, employment and industrial relations cases, contract review, corporate records, licensing, and general affairs. Coordinates with HR, management, employees, external counsel, notaries, government institutions, vendors, and other stakeholders. Manages employee documentation, disputes, disciplinary actions, terminations, office administration, facilities, permits, procurement, and compliance risks. The role is onsite in Bandung and requires strong knowledge of Indonesian employment and corporate regulations.
