Leads end-to-end delivery of complex public-sector application modernization projects. Manages plans, scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, vendors, testing, releases, and operational readiness. Translates business requirements into technical delivery plans, performs application and technical impact analysis, understands architecture and code, and coordinates engineering, cloud, DevOps, security, and quality teams across Agile or hybrid SDLC environments.

Designs and implements scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Works with clients to analyze requirements, create solution specifications, lead POCs and MVPs, and provide technical consultation. Uses Infrastructure as Code, automation, scripting, DevOps, CI/CD, containers, and cloud security practices. Troubleshoots complex cloud issues and collaborates with engineering and project teams to support successful implementation.

Designs end-to-end cloud and digital solutions, primarily on AWS, based on customer business and technical requirements. Leads discovery sessions, workshops, proposals, RFP responses, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams throughout the presales lifecycle, addressing architecture, security, scalability, resilience, migration, operations, and cost considerations while communicating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
