Create, edit, design, test, and execute email campaigns, automated marketing journeys, and member communications. Use segmentation and personalization to reach audiences effectively, maintain templates and documentation, collaborate with marketing and account teams, and review campaign performance to improve future communications. The role requires strong writing, proofreading, organization, attention to detail, and familiarity with HTML email and marketing automation.

Develops data-driven marketing strategies and plans connecting business goals, audiences, channels, budgets, timelines, and measurable outcomes. Establishes KPIs, analyzes campaign performance, and provides actionable recommendations across paid, owned, and earned channels. Supports brand positioning, messaging, personas, and member journeys while presenting recommendations to credit union clients. Manages multiple priorities, contributes to proposals and quality reviews, and collaborates with internal specialists and account teams.

Provides front-desk hospitality and administrative support, manages communications, contracts, billing documentation, meetings, events, facilities, supplies, mail, deliveries, and petty cash. Coordinates client and partner visits, maintains professional shared spaces, supports business operations, and delivers service-oriented assistance while handling confidential information.
