Validate wallets, smart contracts, transactions, RPC interactions, decentralized authentication, and on-chain/off-chain synchronization. Manage test environments, documentation, CI/CD coverage, production monitoring, and defect tracking. Evaluate AI-powered testing tools, mentor junior QA engineers, and promote quality practices across agile development and release cycles.

The Tech Lead will manage frontend development teams, set goals, plan processes, facilitate team rituals, and ensure professional growth of team members, while overseeing the frontend architecture and technology decisions.

Lead business development and full-cycle sales for Xsolla’s advertising products across Greater China. Prospect and close game studios, publishers, and brand advertisers; conduct partner discovery; develop rewarded advertising strategies; negotiate contracts; onboard accounts; and produce pipeline, market intelligence, and event reports. The role requires an established China-based partner network, Mandarin and English fluency, performance advertising expertise, direct quota-carrying experience, and regional travel.
