Processes newly signed deals from order entry through delivery, contract setup, lease funding, and client support. Reviews paperwork, coordinates installations, maintains ERP and CRM records, prepares leasing packages, reconciles funding, assists with billing questions, places client orders, and routes service requests. Requires strong organization, accuracy, communication, prioritization, and proficiency with ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office tools.

Produces marketing collateral and email campaigns, coordinates trade shows and events, updates websites and product listings, and maintains the marketing calendar. Provides executive and office support through calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and vendor coordination. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in an on-site, part-time environment.

Drive new business and manage client relationships across assigned field territories by prospecting, identifying technology improvement opportunities, and proposing Aztec solutions. Meet sales targets and activity metrics (including 100 outbound calls/week), complete product training/certifications, use Microsoft Dynamics CRM and deal paperwork tools, and collaborate with sales management and solutions specialists to close deals.
