Own technical win strategies for enterprise software sales by leading discovery, architecture, demonstrations, APIs, proofs of concept, pilots, RFP responses, and integration planning. Partner with Account Executives on complex deals, translate customer needs into scalable solutions, provide product feedback, coach sales teams, and support enterprise brands and agencies. Travel up to 30% for client workshops and executive meetings.

Serves as a Tier 3 escalation point while managing hybrid identity, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, endpoint systems, and enterprise applications. Maintains security, compliance, and infrastructure health across global environments; automates workflows with PowerShell, Bash, Power Automate, and Graph API. Leads infrastructure and software projects, supports Windows, macOS, and Linux users, manages collaboration hardware, documents processes, and drives continuous IT operations improvement.

Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point while managing hybrid identity, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, endpoint, and local infrastructure. Administer Active Directory, cloud services, security controls, collaboration systems, and enterprise applications. Develop PowerShell and Bash automation, support global users across Windows, macOS, and Linux, lead infrastructure projects, enforce change management, document processes, and drive continuous IT operations improvement.
