Develops technology roadmaps, standards, governance, compliance controls, and automation strategies. Partners with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors while leading technical initiatives, optimizing costs, evaluating emerging technologies, and improving the secure end-user experience.

Implement and manage Windows Defender Application Control policies across enterprise environments. Responsibilities include policy development, XML-to-binary conversion, deployment through Intune, ConfigMgr, and PowerShell, audit and enforcement configuration, Defender integration, log analysis, troubleshooting application blocks, documentation, and user training. The role also supports Zero Trust alignment, regulatory compliance, managed installer functionality, policy signing, and large-scale endpoint security deployments.

Lead the enterprise architecture and implementation roadmap for an AI Agent Orchestration and Management Control Tower. Define agent lifecycle governance, registration, discovery, orchestration, policy controls, observability, assurance, intervention mechanisms, and integrations with security, ITSM, data, and cost platforms. Establish federated operating models, governance standards, guardrails, and RACI frameworks while coaching delivery teams and communicating architecture decisions to executives.
