Teams at XPRIZE

Leads the XPRIZE Healthspan competition through its 2026–2030 finals stage. Oversees team leadership, strategy, budgets, personnel, consultants, testing partners, scientific and industry relationships, events, communications, marketing, contracts, knowledge management, and project planning. Serves as the competition’s public representative and coordinates stakeholders including sponsors, donors, advisors, judges, research partners, and competing teams. Requires strong biomedical or clinical scientific expertise and the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Lead team recruitment and external relations for the Accelerate Learning Prize. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, communicating with potential competitors, answering technical and guideline questions, hosting webinars, managing online communities, representing the prize at events, coordinating with IT to customize the competition platform, preparing status reports, and supporting project management activities.

Lead end-to-end design of high-impact global incentive competitions: define problems, research solutions, craft prize models, set metrics and budgets, engage sponsors and experts, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and refine XPRIZEs design methodology and thought leadership.
