Develop and maintain full-stack software in a multi-tenant SaaS environment using JavaScript, React, Ember, Python, and Django. Responsibilities include designing efficient, testable systems, leading technical initiatives, resolving defects, collaborating remotely, reviewing code, and improving team processes. The role also involves using AI in daily development and may include APIs, background jobs, payments, AWS, authentication, observability, and CI/CD.

Manages the full lifecycle of payment devices, including ordering, provisioning, deployment, inventory reconciliation, replacements, returns, refurbishment, and secure disposal. Coordinates with vendors, business units, payments, support, product, and engineering teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate records. Tracks fulfilment, incidents, service levels, risks, and audit evidence while supporting device upgrades, PCI-related controls, process improvements, and operational standardisation.
