Lead demand generation, product marketing, and content for Laundry SaaS in North America. Drive new-business pipeline, upsell/cross-sell, retention, messaging, launches, budget and KPI reporting (MQLs, CAC, ROI). Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, mentor marketing staff, manage agencies, and optimize marketing efficiency and customer experience across the funnel.

Own cross-functional transformation workstreams from design through implementation and measurement. Partner with leaders to define future-state solutions, execution plans, governance, and success metrics. Lead stakeholders, vendors, and contracted teams; design AI-enabled processes and operating models; build financial models, business cases, and analyses; identify risks and remove delivery barriers. Provide progress updates and recommendations to senior leadership. The role focuses on integration, systems modernization, and improving customer support, success, and sales operations.

Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from design through implementation and measurement. Partner with senior stakeholders to modernize systems and processes, integrate acquisitions, and apply AI to customer support, success, and sales. Define roadmaps, governance, budgets, business cases, risks, and success measures while coordinating internal teams, vendors, and contractors. Provide strategic recommendations and progress updates to executive leadership, including the Chief Transformation Officer and CEO.
