Lead design and delivery of full-stack payments platform features across APIs, data models, and UI. Drive architecture, mentor engineers, shape CI/CD and observability, participate in on-call and incident response, and champion AI-assisted development and PCI-compliant practices.

Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of Embedded Payments data and analytics products. Own merchant-facing reporting, internal analytics infrastructure, data quality, governance, and AI-powered analytics features. Partner with Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Engineering; run squad ceremonies, define roadmaps, and present outcomes to leadership.

Provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle for the Payments business, including onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, HRIS data maintenance, compensation and performance process support, compliance, reporting, and participation in HR projects and organizational initiatives.
