XP Power Benefits Overview

Develop, integrate, test, and support embedded firmware and PC software for power conversion systems. Responsibilities include firmware architecture, communication protocols, system validation, product prototyping, manufacturing support, debugging, documentation, release activities, and collaboration with hardware and remote teams. The role also provides technical direction and mentorship to junior firmware engineers.

Drive new business and retain key customers for power supply products. Prospect, manage projects from order to shipment, resolve technical issues, maintain CRM data, visit customers, manage RMAs, collaborate with internal engineering, quality and inside sales teams, and improve local sales processes.

Analyzes manufacturing quality data, process capability, SPC, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Leads root-cause analysis, corrective actions, MRB dispositions, supplier corrective action requests, PFMEAs, control plans, inspections, documentation, and audit support. The role supports product qualification and manufacturing transfers across sites while improving yield, scrap, rework, and overall quality performance.
