Develops production-grade C++ and Python automated tests for distributed cloud and edge systems. Responsibilities include unit, integration, and end-to-end testing; deterministic test harnesses and mocks; C++/Python interoperability validation; Bazel and GitLab CI/CD integration; code coverage enforcement; and debugging complex test failures. The role collaborates closely with software and infrastructure engineers to validate numerical, navigation, and multi-service system logic.

Leads the architecture, delivery, verification, and on-orbit support of embedded flight software for a satellite constellation. Manages and grows the flight software organization, establishes scalable development and quality processes, coordinates with multidisciplinary engineering teams, and drives technical strategy, reliability, resource planning, and delivery across satellite programs.

Designs and automates cloud security architecture, guardrails, IAM, zero-trust controls, and compliance across AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, and CI/CD pipelines. Conducts threat modeling and security assessments, monitors cloud threats, supports incident response, and builds self-service security tools that enable engineering teams to work securely. The role partners with platform, DevOps, SRE, architecture, and enterprise security teams.
