Own end-to-end technical program management for pricing and manufacturability initiatives, including auto-quote pricing, DFM, Drawing AI, and ML model delivery. Establish scalable TPM processes, coordinate engineering, product, data science, operations, sales, and finance teams, manage risks and dependencies, oversee staged rollouts and production monitoring, and communicate progress and trade-offs to executives. The role also shapes TPM best practices, mentors future hires, and drives continuous improvement across complex software and ML programs.

Lead a strategic enterprise partnership integrating Xometry’s AI engines into a partner’s PLM ecosystem. Own program architecture, operating rhythms, cross-functional execution, technical risk management, executive communications, and roadmap prioritization. Coordinate Engineering, Data Science, Product, and partner teams across native 3D geometry and enterprise deployment requirements. Mentor TPMs, establish best practices, and scale integration playbooks for future global partnerships.

Lead development of buyer-experience features for Xometry’s custom manufacturing marketplace. Responsibilities include hands-on coding, troubleshooting, technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, setting coding standards, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering high-quality software aligned with product roadmaps. The role involves full-stack development using Python, React, TypeScript, web technologies, cloud services, databases, containers, and automated testing.
