Process and audit biweekly, multistate U.S. payroll, including timecards, tax setup, deductions, benefits, equity compensation, employee changes, reconciliations, and year-end activities. Maintain accurate confidential records, ensure federal and state compliance, support payroll system implementations, address employee payroll questions, and collaborate with Finance, HR, Tax, and Legal. The role also supports the Payroll Manager and requires strong ADP Workforce Now expertise.

Lead Xometry’s global Workday implementation from design through go-live. Configure Core HCM and related modules, translate stakeholder requirements into system designs, manage integrations, data conversion, testing, security, governance, and post-launch support. Partner with HR, Finance, IT, functional teams, and an external implementation partner across US, EMEA, China, and India. Support change management, training, knowledge transfer, and executive reporting throughout the one-year engagement.
