Manage and grow Xometry's manufacturing partner network by improving engagement, throughput, quality, and satisfaction. Monitor partner performance, onboard and review capabilities, perform root-cause analysis for issues, manage escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally to align partner capacity with customer demand and drive order volume growth.

Own day-to-day domestic logistics operations, manage vendor invoice validation and processing, support export/import execution, maintain SLA adherence, track shipment performance and exceptions, prepare logistics reporting and MIS, and coordinate with finance and external partners to control costs and resolve discrepancies.

The Senior Software Engineer will design, code, test, and release software, ensuring reliability and scalability while collaborating with a cross-functional team.
