Provide SETA systems engineering support for mission systems: plan, integrate, analyze architectures, develop MBSE models and digital twins, support automated test and DevSecOps practices, and deliver analyses, reports, and briefings to the government.

The Information Technology Manager will oversee and maintain the web presence for the Systems Engineering Directorate, ensuring updates, compliance, and management of content-related user roles.

Provide administrative and operational HR support including scheduling interviews and onboarding, maintaining confidential employee records in HRIS, assisting with payroll data preparation, coordinating recruiting and events, and supporting HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll (ADP), benefits, compliance, and HRIS administration. Lead full-cycle recruiting, security-clearance hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement. Support training, performance management, corporate events, and cost-conscious workforce planning to align talent with government contracting mission needs.

Provide full-spectrum human capital support for civilian, military, and contractor personnel: manage onboarding/offboarding, awards, performance documentation, manpower planning, hiring coordination, and liaison with NRO OHR and service partners. Maintain HR records, generate reports, and improve personnel processes.

Lead and manage NSI systems engineering and technical advisory efforts supporting IT, cybersecurity, and technical components. Provide strategic direction on networking, security, auditing, and emerging technologies (including AI). Advise leadership on priorities, risks, resources, cost/schedule/performance, and optimize IT domains (power, space, cooling, hardware, software, licensing). Represent customer equities and ensure compliance with IT requirements, multinational considerations, and information-sharing obligations.

Manage and track executive actions for the Systems Enterprise Directorate, facilitate senior-level meetings, prepare concise briefings, maintain reporting tools, oversee action-item tracking, review correspondence, support FOIA/Privacy Act requests, and help develop strategic communications.

As an Operations System Engineer, you will support satellite operations, develop transition plans for constellations, and mentor team members while collaborating with other experts.

Systems Engineers will analyze user needs, design system specifications, implement and maintain systems, and ensure compliance and security while collaborating with teams.
