Coordinate integrations, launches, cross-functional delivery, runbooks, failure scenarios, and continual product improvements with engineering, design, operations and compliance.

Lead and execute country-specific marketing strategies across Central Asia, focusing on Kyrgyzstan. Develop demand and lead generation plans, launch and measure campaigns, support market research, events, and regional teams, coordinate marketing projects, and report on KPIs while ensuring cultural and ethical fit for each market.
