Provide on-site contracting and procurement support to a federal agency: review RFQs and contract files, conduct market research, evaluate cost/price proposals, process orders and modifications, handle pre- and post-award actions, maintain official records per FAR, prepare correspondence and reports, and process FOIA/Privacy Act or congressional inquiries.

Serve as prime contractor representative for FBI HSTF support, leading PMO operations, financial and audit oversight, workforce and performance management, reporting and metrics, records and training coordination, intelligence and open-source integration, and process improvement across a multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed team.

Provide advisory services for donor-funded procurements including strategy, solicitation development, evaluations, training, contract management, policy support, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure compliance with MCC and donor requirements and travel internationally as needed.
