Leads assigned projects and contract operations, overseeing staffing, schedules, budgets, deliverables, quality assurance, reporting, stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, and government client coordination. Serves as the primary project contact, ensures contractual compliance, manages performance metrics, prepares executive briefings and reports, and supports corrective actions and contract reviews.

Supports a federal detail assignment program by preparing agreements, coordinating travel and reimbursements, reconciling payroll and financial data, maintaining detailee records, preparing cost and expenditure reports, managing inquiries, and coordinating internal announcements. Serves as a point of contact for detailees and partner offices while tracking payroll corrections, travel obligations, and reimbursable agreements.

Supports federal contracting and procurement activities, including reviewing contract packages, solicitations, proposals, and contract files; conducting market research; processing purchase orders and modifications; maintaining FAR-compliant records; handling pre- and post-award actions; and preparing reports and correspondence. Also processes FOIA and Privacy Act requests, maintains tracking systems, oversees contractor records retention, and reviews documentation for compliance.
