Supports benefits administration, payroll changes, HRIS maintenance, employee onboarding, compliance reporting, and employee questions. Responsibilities include managing benefits enrollment and deductions, retirement and HSA contributions, employment verifications, unemployment inquiries, COBRA enrollment, open enrollment, payroll tax updates, year-end reporting, and new-hire documentation. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, communication skills, and at least three years of HR, benefits, and payroll experience.

Owns day-to-day Support operations, including queue management, Zendesk administration, incident coordination, escalations, reporting, documentation, and knowledge management. Leads the strategy and delivery of scalable client training, webinars, onboarding, and self-service education. Partners cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Data, PMO, and Client Delivery to resolve issues, improve processes, communicate customer feedback, and support product and customer launch readiness.

Manage accounting operations and finance value-creation initiatives for private equity portfolio companies. Responsibilities include month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, GAAP compliance, technical accounting, financial reporting, audits, forecasting, financial modeling, cash management, KPI reporting, ERP implementations, and process optimization. The role also advises executives, boards, sponsors, and portfolio company leaders while managing client relationships and developing finance teams.
