Manage and develop teams, coach junior staff, apply AI and analytics tools, and ensure deliverables meet quality, timing, and scope expectations.

Manage accounting operations and GAAP compliance for private equity portfolio clients. Lead month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, audit support, financial analysis, modeling, cash management, KPI reporting, ERP implementations, and client/stakeholder engagements while mentoring teams and expanding client relationships.

Serve as in-seat Controller for private equity portfolio clients, overseeing full accounting operations, month/year-end close, internal controls, cash management, audits, reporting, forecasting, and process improvements while partnering with leadership and mentoring accounting staff.
