Manage month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, audits, cash management, KPI tracking, forecasting, and ERP implementations. Provide strategic financial analysis, modeling, stakeholder communication, and client relationship expansion while mentoring finance teams and ensuring scalable processes and controls.

Lead accounting operations for five companies, managing monthly close, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, internal controls, and tax/audit support. Mentor a team of four accountants, implement process improvements, ensure GAAP (and some IFRS) compliance across U.S. and European entities, and collaborate on budgets and strategic finance initiatives.

Lead end-to-end M&A transaction engagements (Quality of Earnings, financial diligence), manage teams, own client relationships, deliver analysis and recommendations, use AI and proprietary analytics, oversee engagement economics, and coach junior staff. Travel ~5–20%.
