Partners with senior leaders on performance management, feedback cycles, promotions, offboarding, employment law, leadership, and employee development. Drives People & Organization projects, pulse checks, HR reporting, process improvements, agile HR, employee experience, and organizational design. Also handles operational HR tasks, including A1 certificates and employment references, and may support recruiting processes.

Serve as a strategic and operational HR partner to leaders, owning performance management, feedback cycles, promotions, PIPs, offboarding, employment-law guidance, HR reporting, and people projects. Improve People & Organization processes, support employee experience and organizational design initiatives, manage operational HR tasks, and independently run recruiting processes when needed. Work autonomously in a remote, international scale-up environment.

Lead FP&A functions including monthly reporting, consolidated P&L and cash flow, budgeting and forecasting. Reconcile backend systems with Looker, maintain LucaNet financial views, provide ad-hoc analysis and strategic insights to CEO and senior leadership, and present KPI-driven financial context in leadership meetings.
