Design and present payment solutions for enterprise clients across Southeast Asia and global markets. Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, product demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, proof-of-concept engagements, sandbox testing, and integration planning. Partner with sales, product, engineering, legal, compliance, and customer success teams to support technical wins, accelerate integrations, capture customer feedback, and identify opportunities for growth.

Own and execute financial reconciliations across Xendit’s products and regional operations. Investigate unreconciled transactions, identify root causes with product, partnerships, and finance teams, and help automate reconciliation processes. Establish controls for new products and markets, monitor fund movements, prevent financial exposure, and ensure accurate, reliable financial operations under tight deadlines.

Own daily financial operations and reconciliations for regional payment transactions. Process transactions, coordinate with banking and internal partners, investigate unreconciled items, and support reconciliation automation. Help launch processes for new products and Southeast Asian markets while ensuring accurate fund movement and minimizing financial exposure. The role requires strong attention to detail, data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, flexibility for shifts, and the ability to solve operational problems in a fast-paced fintech environment.
