Provide frontline customer support across email, WhatsApp, Slack, live chat and ticketing, analyze transaction status using operational tools, escalate and capture customer insights for product/process improvements, and contribute to operational excellence projects. Must support customers during daylight hours (8:00 AM–8:00 PM GMT+7) and be rostered on weekends/public holidays as needed.

Support Thailand finance operations by recording AP/AR transactions, verifying invoices, preparing monthly tax returns (withholding, VAT, SSF), performing bank and GL reconciliations, assisting month-end/year-end close, coordinating with auditors/tax advisors, and supporting intercompany and cross-border accounting.

Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients in Indonesia, driving revenue and transaction volume through upsell, cross-sell, and new use cases. Build C-level relationships, run QBRs, develop 12–18 month account plans, maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline, influence product and regional strategy, and provide market and regulatory intelligence on cross-border payment flows.
