Serves as a client-facing technical advisor during enterprise payment sales cycles. Designs payment solutions, leads technical discovery, delivers demonstrations, supports RFPs and RFIs, prepares integration documentation, manages proof-of-concepts, and guides clients through sandbox testing and integration planning. Partners with sales, product, engineering, legal, compliance, customer success, and integration teams while translating customer needs into technical requirements and product feedback.

Manage a portfolio of Chinese-speaking B2B clients post-go-live to drive adoption, retention, and account health. Troubleshoot issues, recommend improvements, surface expansion opportunities, monitor key metrics, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Commercial teams to resolve client needs.

Own and execute reconciliations across Xendit's products and regions, automate reconciliation processes, investigate and resolve unreconciled transactions with internal and external stakeholders, and set up recons for new products and markets to ensure correct fund movement and prevent losses.
