Support platform reliability, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and security under mentorship. Assist with deployments, troubleshooting, IaC components, observability tooling, and documentation while learning to operate production systems.

Manage and grow a portfolio of customers (MSPs, ITSPs, large SMBs); acquire new customers; own sales cycle from outreach to onboarding; act as primary customer contact; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities; coordinate with internal teams; monitor account performance and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
