As Principal Engineer, you'll set technical strategy, guide architectural direction, and lead collaboration across teams to enhance software development and system reliability.

Serve as primary contact for school-district accounts to drive renewals, reduce churn, and grow revenue. Develop success plans, coach clients on product use, run trainings/demos, escalate and resolve issues with internal teams, document interactions in Salesforce, and identify upsell opportunities while tracking KPIs and attending industry events.

As an Account Executive, you'll drive new business sales from school districts, manage a sales pipeline, present to prospects, and meet sales quotas.
