As a Software Engineer in EHR Integrations, you will design, develop, and maintain software for EHR integration, clinical workflows, and data governance while collaborating with product managers and security teams.

Lead and scale engineering teams, set technical direction, and drive execution for a HIPAA-compliant, AWS-hosted digital health SaaS platform. Own architecture, processes (CI/CD, on-call, incident response), AI-assisted developer tooling adoption, cross-functional partnerships with Product, Security, and Customer Success, and vendor/infrastructure decisions while hiring and mentoring engineers and managers.

Own and operate the AWS EKS Kubernetes platform, GitOps delivery (ArgoCD/Flux), observability (Prometheus/Grafana, OpenTelemetry), Terraform-based IaC, Linux health, and security/compliance (HIPAA) while driving automation and platform reliability.

Lead Xealth's demand-generation marketing: manage agency campaigns, run in-house nurture and paid social, own event/webinar execution and vendor relationships, maintain website and marketing templates, enable sales with materials and CRM cadences, and operate the martech stack (HubSpot, marketing automation, Salesforce) while reporting pipeline and campaign ROI.

Lead and build Xealth's RevOps function end-to-end: own Salesforce and integrations, forecasting and planning, comp design and commission processes, embed sales methodology, enable sales onboarding, and serve as cross-functional GTM data owner to scale the commercial organization.

Coordinate and drive delivery for a portfolio of patient and provider experience projects across 3-5 product and engineering teams. Track action items and risks, facilitate working sessions, maintain project visibility for leadership, escalate blockers with solutions, and evolve to independently own initiatives within 12 months. Use project tracking tools (Jira/Confluence) and collaborate across cross-functional teams in a Greater Seattle-based role.
